Air Duct Rubber Compensator

The air duct rubber compensator is composed of rubber composite materials, flanges, sleeves, and thermal insulation materials.

Product Description

Product Description

The air duct rubber compensator is composed of rubber composite materials, flanges, sleeves, and thermal insulation materials. The surface layer is rubber, and the inner layer is composed of several layers of strong fibers. It has good pressure resistance and good elasticity. It is divided into four models: FDZ type air duct rubber compensator, FVB type air duct rubber compensator, FUB type air duct rubber compensator, and XB type air duct rubber compensator. Commonly used materials are silica gel, fluorine rubber, natural synthetic rubber, EPDM and so on.

Features of air duct rubber compensator:

1. It has good reproducibility of repeated displacement, and can absorb the axial, lateral and angular thermal expansion of the pipeline.

2. It can provide large multi-directional displacement in a small size range, and can better eliminate the errors generated during the installation and connection of various pipelines.

3. It has large expansion and contraction, absorbs equipment vibration, and reduces the impact of equipment vibration on the pipeline.

4. It has air tightness and flexibility, and the conveying medium has no leakage. The weak transmission loss reduces the design procedure and other auxiliary facilities.

Air duct rubber compensator in use and installation need to pay attention to: when the flange connection is installed, the screw of the bolt should be extended to the outside of the flange, the flange hole is aligned and the gasket is installed to make the bolts at the end face of each flange should be compressed and tightened evenly one by one, so that the bolt tightness is as consistent as possible.During installation, the pipe should be in the center, so that it is in a natural state, do not twist deformation.
