2. Cut the pipe according to the line, and consider the length of the flange and gasket when connecting the flange.

3. Connect the bellows expansion joint with welded interface: support the bellows expansion joint with temporary support hanger for centering. Both sides of the bellows expansion joint interfaces should be aligned and spot welded at the same time. After checking the correct position of the bellows expansion joint, carry out welding in turn.

4. connecting the bellows expansion joint of the flange interface: first two flange gaskets temporarily installed on the bellows expansion joint, with temporary support brackets to support the bellows expansion joint for matching, while spot welding to check the position of the bellows expansion joint time When appropriate, unscrew the flange bolts, remove the bellows expansion joint, weld the two flanges, clean up the welding slag after welding, check the quality of welding, anti-corrosion treatment of the inner wall. and external weld test passed, and then lift the bellows expansion joint for the official installation of the flange.
