The manual ventilation butterfly valve is composed of a shell, a main shaft, a baffle, a manual worm wheel, and a flange. It is used in the flue gas duct to adjust and shut off the flue gas or medium.

According to their appearance, they are divided into manual circular ventilated butterfly valve, manual rectangular ventilated butterfly valve and manual special-shaped ventilated butterfly valve.When selecting manual rectangular air damper, the following operating conditions should be provided to the air damper manufacturer:

1, specifications and size, rectangular damper with single axis, double axis, three axis, four axis and five axis type need which type;

1. Reachable working pressure, working temperature and medium;

2. The use, position and outlet direction of the baffle of the rectangular damper in the pipeline;

3. Operating requirements of the damper;

4. The resistance coefficient of the baffle in the fully open state and the leakage rate in the fully closed state;

5, the driving torque of the baffle, such as the selection of pneumatic rectangular damper to provide pneumatic operation of the baffle air parameters and air consumption;

Product structure and working principle:

The manual ventilation butterfly valve has the functions of fully open, fully closed, and adjustment. A manual worm gear is installed on the main shaft, and the manual worm gear can be turned on or off. The manual operation is flexible. When the manual ventilation butterfly valve is closed, it can achieve no smoke or medium leakage into the pipeline system behind the baffle.
