In addition to the characteristics of an elastic seat-sealed gate valve, the grooved stem gate valve overcomes the defects of general gate valves such as poor sealing, fatigue, and easy rust.

The stem and bonnet of the grooved stem gate valve adopt a three-way O-ring seal design, which can reduce the frictional resistance when switching, greatly reduce water leakage, and replace the seal ring without stopping the medium flow in the pipeline.

Product features: flat-bottomed valve seat, no dirt accumulation, making the seal reliable; the whole valve clack is covered with nitrile rubber, and the internal parts of the valve are made of rust-free steel and copper alloy materials, which can be used in sewage systems to adapt to the harsher working environment. The valve stem is sealed with EPDM rubber sleeve, which reduces the frictional resistance when switching, and the switch is light and water-proof.
