Basket pipeline filter is mainly composed of connecting pipe, cylinder, filter basket, flange, flange cover and fasteners. Installed on the pipeline can remove the larger solid impurities in the fluid, so that the machinery and equipment (including compressors, pumps, etc.) and instruments can work and run normally, achieve a stable process, and ensure safe production.

The filter is usually made of the same material as the pipe to be connected, usually cast iron, carbon steel, low alloy steel, or stainless steel.The main element of the filter is the filter core, the filter core is composed of the filter frame and the stainless steel wire mesh. When the filter works for a period of time, the impurities in the filter core are precipitated. When the pressure increases, the flow rate will decrease, and the impurities in the filter core need to be removed in time.
